The 10 most miserable cities according to Forbes

Stockton, California lead the pack as the most miserable city. Of course, Detroit and Chicago made list the list. Suprisingly, DC was not on the list which is odd to me because there are a bunch of miserable SOBs here. Also, suprisingly, I am not one of those SOBs.
