10 Year-Old Girl Courtney Oliver Qualifies As a Vet Technician

Only 10 years old, Courtney Oliver has qualified to be a veterinarian technician. This is one of those stories that give inspiration and joy.

She took an online course and in 8 months got herself a certificate as a vet technician. This comes from her love of animals and she couldn't wait to get herself certificated. She works in the South Bay Veterinary Hospital in Olympia, Seattle, Washington as a volunteer helping out with surgeries.

Some reports make her out to be some sort of genius who has actually finished a college course and qualified as a veterinarian. That's not correct. She may not be a genius, but she is dedicated and obviously very bright. How many 10 year-olds can finish a certificate course, or even have the determination to endure it for eight months?

This girl is an example to young boys and girls, more than some young celebrities who catch our attention with their not so desirable antics.
