12 ways to put more stress into your life

 Over sleep every morning
 Worry most of the time, If not all time
 Never read a book or listen to music simply for pleasure
 Avoid deep lasting meaningful relationships
 When engaged in a act, be sure to be thinking of another.
 Consider the power of negative thinking do things you don’t like and avoid doing things you really want.
 Always leave for your appointments at the time you should be there.
 Do not pay Attention to your body. Eat plenty of junk food drink too much-and above all feel guilty about it.\
 Refuse to take any action on nagging problems. Procrastinate, worry and when ever possible lose sleep over them.
 When the dead line is weak away start thinking about .Worry for six days and then start working in a rushed manner.
 If you’ve been sleeping less than 4 hours at night, consider, eliminating this activity altogether.
 Shun anything that resembles a sense of humor. Life in no laughing matter.
