Never read a book or listen to music simply for pleasure
Avoid deep lasting meaningful relationships
When engaged in a act, be sure to be thinking of another.
Consider the power of negative thinking do
things you don’t like and avoid doing things you really want.
Always leave for your appointments at the time you should be there.
Do not pay Attention to your body. Eat plenty of junk food drink too much-and above all feel guilty about it.\
Refuse to take any action on nagging problems. Procrastinate, worry and when ever possible lose sleep over them.
When the dead line is weak away start thinking about .Worry for six days and then start working in a rushed manner.
If you’ve been sleeping less than 4 hours at night, consider, eliminating this activity altogether.
Shun anything that resembles a sense of humor. Life in no laughing matter.
