North Carolina Beats Michigan State 89-72 to Win 2009 College Basketball Championship

North Carolina trounced Michigan State 89-72 to win the 2009 NCAA basketball championship Monday night in Detroit. It is the fifth national title for the Tar Heels. Ty Lawson finished with 21 points and 8 rebounds for Carolina.

I think his first sports priority is to reform/eliminate the BCS in college football. I'd like to see him issue an edict that NCAA basketball championships can't be held in 75,000-seat football domes.

The fix is in! Well, UNC was a pretty good bet to win it all, but if the Cubs win the World Series this year, I'll start getting suspicious.
