Today is the day for the 2009 Ironman Florida, starting in Panama City Beach, Florida. See the official Web site below for videos, a list of participants, a spectator's guide, details on road closures, and much more. Bella Bayliss of Scotland will be looking to win her sixth Ironman Florida women's title, but will have to contend with stiff challenges from competitors such as Nina Kraft of Germany and American Heather Gollnick.
