200-Yard Spider Web Engulfs Texas Trail (Photo!)
posted August 31, 2007 - 4:41pmIn Lake Tawakoni State Park in North Texas, rangers have found a spider web spanning 200 yards. While entomologists debate whether one spider or a network of spiders spun the web which was apparently built to trap mosquitos, visitors to the park are split over its attraction. Some want to see it, but many won't go anywhere near it.
