$24,854,260.65 (+$3.99 shipping) for an Interactive CD Rom Title?

Magnetism is a CD Rom title for Windows 98, Macintosh that is listed on Amazon for $24,854,260.65 (+$3.99 shipping), hurry though, there is only one left! This looks to be the Magnetism disc from the Discovery School series of educational interactive CD Roms.

Also listed, is another title in the Discovery School series, titled Cells which is listed at only $22,543,547.08 + $3.99 shipping (You'd think at that price, they'd offer free shipping!)

OK, so these are obviously listing errors and they may be corrected soon, but if you want to see the most expensive software listings on Amazon, check them out while they are still available! These titles from the Discovery School series can usually be found for about $40-$60 and are excellent interactive learning modules that feature experiments and activities on many science related topics for grades 6-12.

Not all Postings are Mistakes, Some are Outright Lies

Amazon is not the only one playing games. I'm job hunting and these temp agencies will post jobs that they don't have. Either someone new at the agency is trying to figure out how to post a job on an Internet job board, and the same job ends up posted like 30 times, or the agencies will get your resume, send it out to say 30 potential customers(employers) to see if they bite and sign up the agency for a client. Meanwhile you drive over to the agency to interview, and poof, the job magically disappears from their database or it was just filled by the person before you. Imagine that. And then the coup de grace, you interview with the employer, who ran his own ad in the newspaper, and find out some agency sent them your resume without your permission, and they can't hire you because it would be a conflict and they would end up paying some finder's fee to the agency. So the moral of the story is don't believe any postings on the Internet until you check it out beforehand. I am now calling the employment agencies, and I'm blunt, and ask them if they are just fishing with my resume, or if there's a real live available job. And if they don't want a very unhappy person, I usually get the truth.

I just wish SOMEONE would buy it!

using one of my links, of course..That would be a pretty nice commission! The seller only has those two products listed. I think it's just a glitch. But still, I wish someone would buy it..Are there any crazy rich Sheikhs out there? Sultan of Brunei a Xomba fan?
