We have the relentless attack on the nuclear family by the government and special-interest groups to thank for the high illegitimacy rate in this country. Marriage is being redefined to legitimize alternative lifestyles, which in the end renders it obsolete for everyone. Our parents are being told that either we allow the government to indoctrinate our children or we run the risk of having the State take them from us. I know this is all by design, but it doesn't mean we have to play. This story about the 29-year-old grandmother is a symptom of the greater problem.
