3 Died in Train Accident

3 Residents of Rocky Ford died when a train plowed into their SUV. The driver was Devonna B. Griffin, 17; front seat passenger Krystal Griffin, 19, and their grandmother, Joan Griffin, 66. Reports say that the crossing did not have proper warning signs. No flashing lights or crossing arm. Basically a "yeild" sign.< p>
