3 Halloween Costumes For Any Year
posted October 12, 2007 - 8:21pmIf you're anything like me, then you probably don't have a whole lot of money to work with. When it comes to halloween I try to work the same costume more than one year at a time. Their's only one problem with that. If you get something that is "in" for this season, next year it'll be completely out of season and you'll look outdated. Their are some good choices you can make, though, that will continue to look good year after year.
The Hippie
Dressing up as a hippie can be fun, and it can save you money all at the same time. With the hippie costume all you need to do is go to your closest Goodwill or some other form of used clothing store to find some of the best goods you could ever use for a costume.
With some big jewelry, a hippie hair wig, and the right clothing, you could be a hippie this year and many years into the future.
The Witch
The witch costume stays in style year after year. Their's never a bad year to be a witch for halloween. It's easy enough, too. Just buy the store bought costume set and add in the makeup you need. That costume will be able to last you for a few years in the future, or until you're ready to try a new one.
The Baby
As everyone knows, the baby costume is the lazy person's way of dressing up for a holiday. All you need are pajama's, slippers, possibly a pacifier on a pacifier holder, and ta-da, you're now a baby.
This is also a great one to throw together for those last minute halloween parties.
