4 year old girl kidnapped by mom and sex offender boyfriend will not return to mother.

The grandmother of a 4 year old girl who was abducted by her mother and sex offender boyfriend says the girl will remain with her. The boyfriend Robbie Potter, 27 ran off from a halfway house with Candace Watson, 24 the mother of the child. They were missing for 27 days until a tip lead them to california.
