5 Easy Ways to Increase Your Manpower
 
As us gentlemen get older our testosterone levels become a concern. Sexual stamina and energy decrease but there are ways to fight against this aging issue. This article at the MSN Health and Fitness site site has some easy, common sense methods of increasing your testosterone levels. I say common sense because these are things we should be doing anyway!
 
  1. Lose weight. Have to watch the waistline
  2. Workout – This does not have to be a daily body building routine!
  3. Eat good fats. A NO fat diet is unhealthy
  4. Push away from the bar – cut back on the drinking – more common sense. See #1
  5. STOP STRESS – For me this is the big one. I’m writing a series that you need to read!
