Initially, this was created for the celebraties. The main idea behind the 5 factor diet is to eat healthy food in small amount frequently.< p>

The 5 factor diet is created by Harley Pasternak.  He has a Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto, and an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.  Lending him great credibility to teach weight lose and healthy eating.  Other than The 5 factor diet, he also produces "5-Factor Fitness: The Diet and Fitness Secret of Hollywood's A-List"
