6500 Home Buyer Tax Credit

Maybe I will buy that beach front house I always wanted now :P.  Here is an article that discusses the home buyer tax credit that is before Congress.  The article provides key highlights of the bill.  Looks like the bill will also in SOME home buyers that are not 1st time buyers.  Purchases must be secured by April 30, 2010 and closings finalized by June 30.
