6 Tips For A Romantic Valentine's Day
posted February 12, 2008 - 3:11pmWhat are you going to do for Valentine’s Day? The same old thing everyone else is doing? Try something new for a change and see the reaction you will get.
1 – Most importantly, make sure that she knows you love her everyday. If February 14th is the only day you express your love, you have problems. A couple of days after Valentine’s grab her and tell her you want to show her you still love her.
2 – Romance her outside the comfort of your own home. Kiss her in the dark hallway of a movie theatre, a secluded area of a parking lot, between the clothing racks of a department store. Tell her there will be more of that once you get home.
3 – Romance her standing up. After being together for a while some couples wait until they are in bed and everything is just right to start getting romantic. Your first kiss was probably standing up. Kiss and hug passionately standing, you might make it to the bed.
4 – When you open a door for her, ease her through with your hand on the small of her back. Slowly move your hand down, but do not grab or pinch, be gentle.
5 – Kiss her somewhere you haven’t before. Tell her the back of her thighs, ribs, small of her back or stomach needs some attention. Then start gently kissing and caressing that area. She won’t let you stay there for long.
6 – Do something unique to show her you are thinking of her. I am arranging to have one of our son’s friends show up in a suit, with a simple flower, to sing her a song. That lets her know you were thinking of her before Valentine’s Day and you want others to know the love you share.
