An 18 year old man and his underage girlfriend decided to prank call the police.  They called on a cell phone and stated someone had been shot.  The police traced the cell number and caught the couple in bed. In Alabama it is illegal for someone 18 or older to sleep with someone under 16.  The crime is statutory rape.  The man was arrested on that charge and another in regards to the false shooting call.
