9 Wildfires Deliberately Set In Hawaii

Arson investigators and firefighters report nine wildfires deliberately set by one or more persons in Hawaii.

Six of the fires have been extinguished.

Three fires continue to burn.

More than 2000 acres have burned at this time.

The nine separate wildfires were all set withing minutes of each other in tall, dry grassy areas.

Firefighters anticipate bring the fires under control shortly.
