Yeah, it is gross rinsing it out, but it is not as slimy as some of the commercial conditioners. And it is definitely cheaper... lol. I have very long, fine hair, so I don't do perms, but it helps to keep the hair strong and to prevent split ends. Angel

I have used this techmique before (slightly different). It's kinda gross rinsing the mayonaise out in the shower but the result is nice. This works particularly good after a perm to restore the hair and remove damaged ends. +1
