A democratic Nation

Today I was wondering about unions, superdelegates, my towns city council. Seems all of the above want to make the decision for whom they represent. Unions, you can't make a good living without us. Superdelegates, democrats ultimately tell the voters who is electable no matter who the people have choosen. And my own city council here in my own city, does not want to vote on issues they think the people won't pass. Although their are laws that says we vote before we raise our taxes. So they call the tax a fee, attach it to the utility bill and there it is, you will pay it or we will lein your house. Okay, the average amount is 40 dollars a year for storm water run off per home. But they are HAMMERING THE SMALL BUSINESSES. Anywhere from two to eight thousand dollars a year. These are ma and pop business. Again there is no vote on this fee-tax. So a small business that used to net 32 thousand dollars a year is now netting 24 thousand a year. Because of a tax we did not vote on or see it coming. These small businesses are making less than they made last year and the year before. Because of a corrupt tax. Not because of the ECONOMY. It is a lie. Is this a way for our city to be ABLE to report worse yearly incomes for our business? Does this give a false report to our federal agencies. That our Nations war on the middle class is hurting small businesses? Is this fuel for the liberal media so they can hammer the Bush administration? Cockroaches will eat eachother to make themselves strong.
Does a liberal democrat city council know that this is causing the economy to appear as if it is slower than it really is? Is this part of the george sorros plan of the moveon dot org idiology? The means justify the ends? The I have five billion dollars to do what ever it takes to win the whitehouse democrat reasoning. What I whould really like to know. Is, are they're any other cities with a similar tactic being done?
