A "Jaded" Goody Leaves Big Boss Due to Cancer?

A much jaded Jade Goody "Goody Goody Gum Drops" had to leave the Reality Show on television, Big Boss, as she apparently had tested positive for cervical cancer. She bid a very tearful"good" bye to all the contestants, hugging them all (as suggested by Shilpa Shetty).

Is this for real? Apparently even the British tabloid are having a tough time believing this story.
