Commission Blueprint is really an Adwords product as that is the main source of traffic that Tim and Steve use and if you are a beginner you might want to familiarize yourself with the basics before trying Commission Blueprint.

For persons who do use Adwords or at least have a good understanding of internet marketing then I do recommend Commission Blueprint.
