a very young girl gets killed because of an amusement park ride breaking

a girl gets killed and several others injured because of the ride breaking for unknown reasons. another two people were going to get on that same car that sent her to her death when they abrubtively chnged there minds when they seen a Puerto Rican flag tucked into the side of the car.
