Acebucks: Facebook's Virtual Currency
posted March 24, 2008 - 6:12pmIf you play a lot of internet games and use Facebook, you might want to take a look at Acebucks.
Acebucks rewards users a small amount of points per each game played. Games include Sudoku, Splash Blast, Mental Blocks, and more. Points can also be earned by taking surveys, buying products, and if you're feeling lucky, the Acebucks lotto.
It takes about 2,000 Acebucks to reach 1USD, but if you're a frequent, talented gamer, you may find this easy to attain.
Real prizes - iPods, gift certificates, Nintendo Wii's, tickets, and more - are available through an auctioning system. If you've got enough Acebucks to be the top bidder, you could be very happy you played. A "store" section is also included in the currency, where users can sell their old things for Acebucks - or, you can trade that old calculator you don't need anymore for Acebucks towards some cool prizes.
