The Alaskan Mess Palin Leaves Behind: MSNBC

The title of a recently released MSNBC article is "Sarah Palin Resigns Amid Uncertain Future". What could the future hold for this fiery woman? According to MSNBC, "Friend and foe alike have SPECULATED that Palin MAY HOST A RADIO OR TV SHOW (this is a strong possibility indeed; just think about her repeated appearances on "Saturday Night Live"; the only weird thing is that Palin HAS BEEN THE SUBJECT OF MANY OF THE JOKES instead of her MAKING the jokes), launch a LUCRATIVE speaking career (? considering all of her gaffes, some of which have been downright embarrassing, this is ESSENTIALLY IMPOSSIBLE), or SEEK HIGHER OFFICE IN WASHINGTON (Palin clearly doesn't have the mental capacity to do this).

The sub-title is "She faces ethics probes (the latest cases being Nevada Sen. John Ensign & South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford, this seems to be a recurring issue for the GOP now), mounting legal bills (with so many accusations flying around against her, there will surely be some pretty hefty legal fees) and dwindling popularity (it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a popular Republican these days)".

The
first sentence in this article, which seems to be chock full of Sarah
Palin's rambling rhetoric is "Sarah Palin stepped down Sunday to write a book and build a right-of-center coalition (who is willing to join her?),BUT SHE LEFT HER LONG-TERM POLITICAL PLANS UNCLEAR AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS SPECULATION (that) SHE WOULD SEEK A 2012 PRESIDENTIAL BID". Who can help someone who suddenly resigns and is "unclear" about what they're going to do next?

Palin's
first comprehensible comment was an endorsement of incoming Gov. Sean
Parnell, the former Lt. Gov. of Alaska. According to Palin, Parnell "has a very nice family too, so leave his kids alone!" This is yet another one of those comments that has absolutely no relevance to anything significant. Also, we have to wonder if Parnell's kids will either get pregnant as teenagers or get another teen pregnant just like Bristol Palin.

Palin then said: "How about, in honor of the American soldier, you quit makin' things up?" During the 2008 presidential campaign, Palin was the one "makin' things up", WHILE SIMPLY TAGGING ALONG BEHIND SEN. MCCAIN.

According to Meghan Stapleton, a spokeswoman for SarahPac Inc. and the Palin family, "I cannot stress enough (that) THERE IS NO PLAN AFTER JULY 26. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN". How can someone with national office aspirations have "absolutely no plan?" Palin has ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE.

Palin supporters were doing some quirky things. 57-year-old Donna Michaels wore a T-shirt with the word "Palintologist". A Palintologist is "someone who studies Palin and shares her conservative values, MAVERICK attitude and AMERICAN STYLE". The only response we can have to this is 'LMAO!' Who wants to study Palin? She is so shallow. Secondly, she doesn't have a clue what "conservative values" are (Palin only tagged along behind Sen. McCain). Thirdly, she is a "maverick", but again, not in a good sense. Finally, Sarah Palin and "American style?" Whoever wrote this article must be on crack.

Specifically, Michaels aaid that "She's really not stepping down. SHE'S STEPPING UP TO DO SOMETHING BIGGER AND BETTER". Donna Michaels must be a marijuana addict smoking LSD. Sarah Palin is "pit bull", "lipstick on a pig", "gotcha" and "you betcha". With that in mind, Ms. Michaels, tell me how Palin can become president.

Larry Landry sums up: "She turned into A VICIOUS VIXEN. She descended into UGLY, DIVISIVE POLITICS". Earlier, we read about a "Palin effect". Earlier the "Palin effect" was UNITING PEOPLE because it was novel...it was different. NOW, IT'S PULLING PEOPLE APART. Note "vicious vixen". Sarah Palin is now a fox and foxes ruin things, implying
that PALIN HAS NOW BECOME AN ACCEPTABLE SCAPEGOAT FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO
FIND OUT WHY THE REPUBLICANS DID SO BADLY LAST NOVEMBER
.
