Gymnastics takes a lot of talent and flexibility. I don't really consider flexibility a talent, it is more of a trait that you can work on, or you already have. However, the talent and practice put into gymnastics is of a large amount. The girls dedicate their lives to the sport. I actually know a girl that does gymnastics and like most gymnasts she hopes to one day compete in the Olympics. The pressure the coaches put on the gymnasts is just as intense as the training.
