Ginkgo Tea
I am very familiar with the herb ginkgo which is commonly associated with being popular for improving the memory. But these pretty little leaves can help with more than just one ailment. They contain ginkgolides, a medicinal component that helps fight allergies. Try a tea made of ginkgo leaves to clear up your runny nose and itchy eyes. Steep 1 teaspoon of dried leaves in boiling water. Any health food store should have the tea form of ginko, most customers take the capsules, but you can also use the tea bags. They should carry both the loose leaves as well as the pre-packaged.

Interesting
I usually drink green tea. Now I can mix green and gingko - wonder what that will taste like. Or what that will do - stronger together or weaker? Good experiment though.
ginkgo
that would make for an interesting concotion, I like my green tea as well, but i not sure about mixing them together.

your new pic is nice.
Side-Effects
It may have some side-effects too if combined. Maybe I should drink them separately after all :)
side-effects
thats the safe way to go, i always ask a certified herbalist first before trying something new, just to be safe just to be sure the two can safely mix together.
