Alonzo Mourning season may be over not looking good

Alonzo Mournings season may have come to an end. His injury is pretty serious and will require surgery. I don't think he will come back judging by recent interviews seen on TV of various teamates. If Miami Heat turn around there season and make the playoffs, there is a chance Zo will re-join the team and maybe suit up. but that's a long shot.

He will always be remembered as the premier centre of the Miami Heat (sorry Shaq). He can still block 2-4 shots on any given night.

Zo's a baller, there's no

Zo's a baller, there's no question about that. But the Heat's "premiere center," I don't know about that. I think he was at his best when he was on the hornets in the 90's. And besides, it's Shaq who's the premiere center for the heat. Join Xomba Here

Mourning is definitely done for the season

The Heat have already announced that he's through for this season... he has a torn patella tendon and a torn quadriceps tendon. It may be the end of his career; he's 37 years old and would face a long rehab. Then again, he came back from a potentially fatal disease and a kidney transplant...
