Is American Food Any Good?

“Food, Inc.” is an upcoming film describing possible changes in our food supply. It is said that more has changed in the past 50 years than in the past 10,000 years with our food supply. Wait...so this means that before William (Duke of Normandy) conquered England till around 1959 not much as changed in food quality, but from 1959-2009 a mind-boggling change? Is our poor food quality leading to obesity and many common illnesses?
