An Alternative to Adsense that Really Works
posted September 1, 2008 - 1:22amHave you fallen foul of Google's Adsense?
Does Google not like your website content?
Do you wish there was an alternative that actually worked?
Would you like an advertising network with an affiliate scheme?
Well, there is an alternative - Bidvertiser. I have used it for about 5 years and am still earning referral commissions from new users who joined a long time ago. The adverts work in a similar way to Adsense, with the difference that you show the highest paying adverts for the geo-location of the person browsing. They also have eBay adverts available, which depending on your site content could be a nice earner. Some advertising categories are very competitive, with earnings of up to $5 per click.
The other advantage is that you can show the adverts that you want within your website category, without having to spend ages on your SEO just because your keywords happen to be similar to inappropriate kinds of advertisers.
You can join for free as either a Publisher, Advertiser or Referrer, or all three in one account.
New accounts also get $20 worth of advertising for Free.
Cannot be used at the same time as Adsense, but I often switch between Google and Bidvertiser for 3 month periods to keep the adverts changing and to increase revenue when one of the two starts to flag. You can under the Google terms have your Bidvertiser adverts showing instead of the public service ads. So you can have both accounts, just not showing at the same time on the same page.
