Anaconda - World’s Largest Snake

The anaconda is the world’s largest snake. The anaconda will grow as much as 8 metres in length and as wide as an adult man. This snake is to be found mostly in the Amazon rain forest of Southern America. It usually stays in water especially in Amazon River. It has the tendency of being active during the night.

The anaconda feeds on fish, birds, deer, antelopes, rabbit, jaguars, other reptiles, or anything smaller than itself.

The world’s longest snake is not anaconda, but the Python reticulates.
