Andrew Luster

Andrew Luster was a fugitive that brought a lot of publicity to Dog The Bounty Hunter. Luster fled in the middle of his trial and sexually assaulted several women after charming and drugging them.
Luster was hunted by the man Dog Chapman and captured in Puerto Vallarta, Mexican in 2003. Luster was subsequently convicted of 86 counts which included several rape charges.Read more on this here.
