Angelina Jolie's Sexy Slimdown Diet

Angelina Jolie endured heavy physical training before the filming of tomb raider. The star who's diet consisted of mainly cigarettes and coffee was forced to swap them for steamed sea bass, vegetables and soy milk.

There had been rumors floating about that the star was anorexic, bulimic or suffering from some sort of eating disorder prior to filming. All of which have been denied by Angelina's reps. Her slender yet muscular physique is a result of hardcore training and healthy eating.

"It was such a challenge physically," tells Angelina, who prepared for the role by following a training regime that included kickboxing, canoeing, street fighting and yoga. "A special diet also helped me shape my body. I ate steamed sea bass or steamed beef and vegetables, and I had no sugar and only drank soy milk."

The tomb raider workout isn't easy, it did help the star gain some muscle as she was previously looking much to thin from overwork. "I'm all for curves on a woman, and feeling sexy," she says, "and I never felt healthier or stronger than during the filming of this movie." Jolie had no need for a stunt woman in "Tomb Raider" as she performed them all herself. This involved sword fighting, spear throwing, dog sledding and bungee jumping. For the bungee-jumping sequence, she went through three months' training. "The most difficult thing was learning how to do bungee ballet," she recalls. "It took a while to learn how to work with the harness."
