Controlling anger is more than a skill as it involves emotions and it is impossible for some people. By learning anger management techniques you can get better control your anger than ever. I am not promising here that you can completely get rid of anger but with this anger management self help you get an idea about how to control your anger even in very mild situation. Step 1 > Recognize that you have poor anger management

 

In first step you need to identify your anger management problem so that you have the idea of what to do? How to do? and How much to do?

A good anger management starts with the good identification of the problem. There are many way to check it like you can ask yourself because you better know yourself than anybody. Once you identify your anger management problem the second step comes that is solution to the problem. Yes, it is a personality issue and only the person who can can treat it is you yourself. Try cognitive approach to anger management.
