Anxiety

Mild or moderate anxiety helps to focus attention, energy and motivation. If there is severe anxiety , then it may lead to helplessness, confusion , extreme worry that are out of proposition with the actual
seriousness or likelihood of the feared event.
Anxiety can cause physical & emotional symptoms. Physical symptoms are associated by
• trembling, shaking
• breathlessness or rapid heart beating
• feeling of fullness in throat or chest
• dizziness or light headedness
• sweating or cold clamming hand
• muscles tension, aches
• extreme tiredness
• sleep problems
Anxiety affects brain that helps to control how to communicate. This makes it more difficult to express creatively or functionally effectively in relationship. Emotional symptoms of anxiety
• Restlessness, irritability
• Worrying too much
• Fearing that something bad is going to happen
• Inability to concentrate ,feeling like mind goes blank
Anxiety disorders occur when people have both physical and emotional symptoms. Anxiety disorders interfere with how a person gets along with others and affect daily activities. Women are twice as likely as men to have problems with anxiety disorders
