Is anyone else getting SPAM IN their INBOX?

Is anyone else getting SPAM IN their INBOX?

I have contacted the administration and get no response. Who are these stupid sick spammers trying to tell me they love me blah blah blah. Women what is it with them. First I am old an grandmother and NOT interested in their sick porn or trash or whatever. Second I am very happily married and don't know who these people are, how they can post to the inbox and not be a member or if they are members why they are allowed to post this to inboxes. They are not part of my friends list and I am tired of getting them. This is the fifth one I got in a month and it came in today.

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN them and don't know why they think I would want a relationship with them. This is getting to be a real problem here. I have deleted and ignored some and they keep coming back possibly the same sicko with multiple emails. Anyone else getting these spam mail in your inbox?

Xomba staff has addressed this before. You will get them from time to time, just report and delete. Even if they do not have time to reply to every report, rest assured that they are removed forthwith! This shouldn't be an issue with the upcoming changes. I've been getting those too. I'm also getting a lot of IMs from people who just signed up and start trying to chat with everyone who's online. "HI! Do U wanna Chat?" No! This is not a chat site. If I get a message from somebody who just joined and hasn't posted anything yet I just ignore it. It is annoying though. According to Nick when the new site changes take place only people on your buddylist will be able to send you messages. That should take care of the inbox spam. Celanith, don't take it so personally - it's just email-harvesting spam. Don't even open them. Certainly don't ever reply, even if you'd sorely like to send them the full text of war and peace. It's the internet, it's spam, they get booted, they come back. Be thankful that the article spamming is under control :-) Join Xomba Here

Yeah, I got five today (from the same person). They all seem to be variations on the same message... "I came across your profile and am interested in meeting you, blah blah blah..." Most of them seem to be from people with Yahoo mail addresses.

Hi you are right about that .I am just a new member and already I got a spam and the content is the same as you mentioned.I received it from -adrea520-.I think we should write about them so that all members can be aware and take necessary actions as there may be some scamsters lurking behind these e-mail addresses.Hope admin. also can do something for this. shanka
