Apple Magic Mouse – The World’s First Multi-Touch Mouse

Apple is undoubtedly the king of touch which started when they introduced the iPod, iPhone, MacBook Pro, and just recently the world’s first multi-touch mouse. The Apple’s Magic Mouse is an aluminum base with nothing on its smooth surface but surprisingly gives a
better way to interact with your Mac. You can scroll in any direction with one finger in up and down motion. Swipe using your fingers and it browse through web pages and photo slides. You can click and double-click anywhere on the surface because the entire surface is the button.
The shape and design is strange but sleek and cool. The gestures when using the Magic Mouse is different than a standard trackpad but it works perfectly. The multi-touch technology uses laser tracking located under the Magic Mouse which is more sensitive and responsive on different surfaces compared to traditional optical tracking technology. This equates to higher precision no matter what surface you are on without the need for a mouse pad.
Magic Mouse connects wirelessly via Bluetooth up to 33 feet away which is another great thing about this device. When combined with Apple Wireless Keyboard, it provides a different computing experience free from wires. The design is ambidextrous and the settings can be configured for lefties comfortably.
The Magic Mouse is included when you buy a new Mac and sold separately for just $69.
