Apple will not produce anymore products this year

It seems that Apple will stop producing anymore products this year. A lot of people expected Apple to bring a refreshed iMac-version or a Mac Mini by the end of this year. Apple-spokesman Bill Evans clarified to Macworld, a website serving up to the minute news about Apple, that Apple will not produce anymore products this year.

"Our line-up for this year is completed." said the spokesman. Usually Apple does not talk about their new products and IF they do talk about it, the announces are as vague as can be. The confirmation of the Apple-spokesman disappoints a lot of people, because Fudzilla, a website serving IT news, announced new iMacs would be released around the 10th of November.

Because the MacBook is the best-selling Apple-notebook, an update for the iMac would not be necessary. It looks like the popularity of the iPod is also rising rapidly. Possibly, Apple is waiting to release Mac Pro, iMac and Mac Mini next year, so they can introduce them on the yearly Macworld Expo. Apple has payed the least attention to those 3 products, last months. Mac Pro hasn't received an update since Januari. Mac Mini hasn't even got updated for about 2 years!
