Are Data Entry Sites A Scam?

Ive been using the Internet for just under 10 years now and theres so many people offering easy money. I know one basic that Ive kept to is never to give anybody any money for so called opportunities of making money.

I'm just wondering if anybody on this knows of legitimate data entry sites? As Ive never been able to find any that don't look like scams. I like most people would like to earn legitimate money online but just cant find the real deal. Im not talking about get rich quick schemes just good honest online work.
Anybody got any legit ideas?

If any sites offer you free data entry job, it should be a scam...Just think that people are not fools to give hundreds of dollars for just typing few words! You should rely on decent and reliable community sites like xomba for earning money, certainly need to work hard for that. There is no shortcut for success.Try, Try, Try till you are a success man..

One HUGE red flag is that they require you to pay them for the privilege of working. No legitimate employment opportunity should require you to pay them up front. If you are looking for a work from home data entry position, you would probably be better served to contact the companies, such as FedEx or UPS, directly and see what is available. DO YOU HAVE THE WRITE STUFF?
