Unions have been giving such a bad rap for years. Sometimes they deserved but most of the times not. Everyone points to the auto workers union as an example. But you just cant single out bad ones all the time. What about the police union ,teachers union both are great and prove that unions do work. For heavens sake even actors have unions.

Where have our weekends gone? Why do we work all these hours with out decent pay? These companies all telling us you dont need unions. Our door is open come in and talk direct to us. What a laugh thats why they spent so much effort in keeeping unions out. One person goes in and asks why is Saturday pay the same as the rest of the week or why do we only make a buck an hour extra for Sundays? That one person will be told if you dont like it leave.

It's not wrong to want to earn a proper wage.When did we all start feeling guilty about wanting to be home at night or get to plan weekends with our kids?Big companies have spent alot of money telling us it will cut jobs. Most of these companies have the bare amount of staff already. They cant operate with less staff. They will have the cut in their bonuses, they will have to explain to the shareholders why their only making 15% on the stock and not 30%.

The biggest employer in the U.S. makes there staff work for 6 months till they can apply for medical insurance and then they tell us to save more and live better. hahaha. This may not affect you right now but if someone as big as them can get away with it, it will only take a little bit of time before other employers see it and say hey we should do that.
