Are You A Bigger Fan Of Romance Novels or Romantic Movies?

My choice has to be romantic movies. I honestly could watch romantic movies 100 times without even blinking an eye. Some of my favorites would be The Notebook of course, and some of the older classic films such a The Quiet  Man, and Gone With the Wind. Who would ever get tired of seeing Clark Gable, or John Wayne being romantic? Not me!

My Mom was a fan of the typical romance novel. I remember she could actually read one a day. It didn't matter if it was a Harlequin roamnce novel, or Danielle Steel. As long as it had romance in it, that was good enough for her. Just a suggestion to those who like the romance novels, try starting a book club where everyone swaps books after there done reading them. This saves a lot of money, and you get the added bonus of dishing all the dirt with the girls about what's going on in each story!

I suppose my choice for the romantic movies over the romance novels would be the love of the music and the acting. Unfortunately you can't get that in a book. However, what you can get out of the book is that you can imagine what's going on any way you want it to be. You're not stuck inside the box so to speak.

Whatever your choice is, one thing is for sure, a romance story touches every woman's heart and soul!

Give me a novel anytime.

Not a fan of either.

Hi Hannah,

I prefer the romance in person, but just don't care much for the movies.  I also don't like novels of any kind.  Short stories are my preference.  I wrote a book of short stories about my life from birth through 2003 I think as best as I can remember off the top of my head.  Just hitting the highlights of course.
