Are you hooked on Project Runway yet?

It's been quite some time since I've been HOOKED on a television show. And, to tell you the truth, Reality TV generally turns me off. However, once a week I find myself actually looking forward to a regularly scheduled television show.

Are you watching Project Runway yet??

Basically what happens is this:

At the beginning of the season, Project Runway begins with fifteen wannabe bigtime designers. They are given a really hard project to complete (usually in like 2 days). Then, the drama unfolds.

You get to see them freak out at the project. You get to see them pick out their materials. You get to see them squabble at their competitors. You get to see them develope and make their garment. VERY INTERESTING, and VERY CONSUMING. It's one of those shows where you have to run to the bathroom during commercials because you're afraid you'll miss something if you don't make it back to the television on time.

At the end of each show, there's a runway show--where the wannabe designers basically send their (sometimes rushed) work down the aisle upon models. Then, these bigtime fashion experts tell them their stuff is good or it sucks. And, booooooy Simon could take lessons from these judges!! Ack! One of the designers is declared the winner, and the other one is told to "clean out his area" "you're out".

This season is very interesting because it's loaded down with gay guys with big egos. One in particular seems to get real emotional each week and cries like Tammy Faye Baker. I like him a lot. LOL

Each new show appears on BRAVO every Wednesday at 10pm Eastern Time.

In the new season, there have already been 5 episodes, but if you check Bravo's scheduling you might find where there's a marathon (it's one of BRAVO's hot shows). . . , you can catch up.
