Aries 12, a planet that exists in the sun's closest sister solar system, Alpha Centauri.  The people who live on Aries 12 have been traveling to Earth for decades.  They leave their offspring to be raised on Earth, and learn the ways of this primitive planet.

I know this because I come from Aries 12.  I have a large IQ and am capable of understanding and perceiving things that normal human beings who are indigenous to this planet cannot.  When I think things others perform tasks that I had thought.  When I consider options, others will speak the words that form in my brain.

Aries 12 is not a dangerous place, the people are not war-like at all.  They live to learn.  Without the ability to know new things the beings on Aries 12 would not be able to survive--literally.  Their primary source of sustinence is education and knowledge.  Of course they need oxygen to breathe, and they need food to nourish their bodies but their brains need the input of the universe in order to keep from atrophy.

I look just like any Earth dweller because that is what those from my home planet look like.  Sometimes I hear from them but it is never on my agenda.  I cannot call them on the phone.  They come to me in my dreams and extract the knowledge that I have obtained and document it to take back to their planet.  We are all over the solar system.  Those from Aries 12 have not developed sophisticated enough space vehicles in order to escape the solar system but they are working on it.  With the technology, psychology, insight and intellect of those who have been planted on Earth and other inhabited planets my home planet hopes to find the right formulas to advance their space travel to escape the solar system and go beyond.  It is a good thing to continue to learn.  It keeps my brain functioning.

The first time I heard from Aries 12 I was a child of 14 years.  They told me that was their first attempt to contact me, my body had to adapt to hear them.  You call it puberty on Earth.  Once I was fully evolved they were able to channel into my subconscious mind and filter the information out.  They appreciated the plant science that I had learned as well as the English and literature that I had studied.  I thought it was quite funny that they had connected into my mind when I was watching Vincent Price movies and all the show tunes that I could find. 

It won't be long before those of us from Aries 12 will be called back to our home planet.  I, for one, will miss it here.  I will miss what is left of my human family.  You are all so frail, your lights extinguish too soon to truly learn everything.  Maybe you extinguish because you cease to learn?  I do not know.  I still have a lot left to assimilate.
