THE SUPREME COURT HAS NULLIFIED THE CONSTITUTION. Certiorari DENIED. Your dictatorship grows, built by corruption

UPDATE: ARTICLE V The Appeal of Walker v. Members of Congress, et. al., was denied by the secret conference held in the Supreme Court. Who were these that in secret overturned the Constitution of the greatest nation on earth?

Only those bought and corrupted will know. But the people can reclaim their state, their nation. How can you prosecute or remove this general malaise? Especially if you can't even trust that the vote is honestly counted?

I suggest gallows erected in bronze in three places in Washington. Near the Court, near the White House, and at the building that once housed our American Dreams, the Congress, the Capitol Building. These can be used in the future.

This site will stay up as long as it can.

Another site is: www.cc2.org

When they are down you will likely see the struggle over, and "1984" come to you for real.

This case was the most IMPORTANT denial the Supreme Court, has accomplished. It NULLIFIES the Constitution.
What is left standing is the lower court ruling that the Constitution can be overruled by the government. This has been accomplished by appointment and reward of judges in key positions, and then paying for their violations of Oath. How cheaply have we Americans been betrayed? But you elected the Congress and they have failed also. We need to elect better people, asnd it does not look to be possible with rigged elections. There is not much difference between parties, they are both corrupted. Choosing the lesser of two evils is still dealing with two devils.

See the tombstone. This is not a joke. This is your future.

As a result of this, you and I no longer have a meaningful Constitution. We have seen empires come and go. We have seen hostile takeovers. We watched the British and Roman, and Ottoman empires, as well as the Evil Empire shrivel away.

Now the American Dictatorship is rising, becoming an empire, and your 'freedoms' are imaginary. Test them, even a little, if you want to see the meaning. This is become the American Dictatorship, where Congress, The Executive and Judicial have all been sold, not just taken in a coup, but sold to multinationals and you are one of its slaves; not even a serf or a peasant; not one of the true citizens. Even hundreds of millions of dollars may not buy you citizenship in the party we are seeing arise from the America we thought we owned.

Ask that all in Congress you voted for remember what they swore to do:
================
Article VI, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution states: "The Senators and Representatives.... shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution."

Pursuant to this constitutional provision, Congress enacted 5 U.S.C. 3331 which states:

"An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: "'I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office of which I am about to enter. So help me God.'"

===============================
If you served or were a Fed, you also had to take the same Oath as the Congress and officials of the Government. I have always followed mine.

Even the members of Court are required to swear this Oath and to follow the Oath. Like Congress they have failed.

What is really difficult about this call to restore the Rule of Law to the People? The people, the millions of americans can reclaim our nation. Your freedom is not on any billionaires agenda, but it should be on your agenda. A lot of blood has been shed to acquitre these freedoms. But now, we see America, rendered -- without a shot fired.

Do we need to have another revolution? Yes we do. If we the people wish our own freedoms. This could have been the bloodless revolution, the rule of law, the supremacy of the Constitution. Ironically, we have lost it.

Are we enjoying an illusion of freedom and Law?

Yes, the Constitution has been NULLIFIED. If you do not grasp this, you will. And then you will realize what this has been about.

Welcome All you Consumer units to the North American Union! If you resist, they will come for you, and you may join the dissappeareds. You have no human of civil rights whatever.

Plan ahead.

I am able to confirm, that

I am able to confirm, that if the American public becomes aware of these scandals, and speaks out, the government will make haste to take action. Sometimes a press release, sometimes more.

Go read the undiscovered Country. The Fifth Article, here Xomba

The cert was denied in an appeal to the Supreme Court. If you like law things what we are taking about is the denial of the process for conduct of government under Article V. It will take you all day, but you need to realize that the things on the page at www.article5.org are the relevant issues. My Senators do understand the Issue, just won't do a thing about it. My Rep won't either. Most of them won't talk about the issue because the Law could prosecute them. Look up the names with the DNC and I sent one of my friends there this Article V stuff. They say the constitution has unintended consequences, and they are scared of it. Since they might not any longer control things if the power goes back to the people! That's scary!

Walker vs Cheney HALLIBURTON

I'm just finally getting your jist. VP Cheney is trying to reduce accountablitiy for various expenditures associated with the war in iraq. "Government Accountability Office investigations of the Department of Defense From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search Government Accountability Office investigations of the Department of Defense are typically audits in which the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the United States Congress’ investigative arm, studies how the Department of Defense spends taxpayer dollars. Since the GAO is accountable only to the legislative branch, it is in a unique position to investigate the military; no other agency can audit Federal departments with the same degree of independence from the President. However, the GAO is still subject to influence from powerful members of Congress. Two examples of major GAO investigations in the 2000s were the audits of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Defense Department airline reimbursements. This information is useful, and important, but to try to understand your armwaving and hollering is difficult or impossible. Major investigations Operation Iraqi Freedom GAO investigations into Operation Iraqi Freedom revealed a number of accounting problems, ranging from the mundane to the severe. Pay irregularities were a chronic problem. According to a GAO report cited in Computerworld, 450 of the 481 Army National Guard soldiers from six Special Forces units had at least one pay problem associated with their mobilization. The report found, "DOD’s inability to provide timely and accurate payments to these soldiers, many of whom risked their lives in recent Iraq or Afghanistan missions, distracted them from their missions, imposed financial hardships on the soldiers and their families and has had a negative impact on retention The investigation also uncovered questionable procurement arrangements with Halliburton. According to a United Press International article published in The Washington Times, the Kuwaiti-owned Timimmi Company had been serving hot meals to troops stationed in Iraq for $3 a meal. The contract was later reassigned to Halliburton, which raised the price to $5 a meal, subcontracted the meal services back out to Timimmi, and kept the 40% difference. GAO Analyst Neil Curtain exposed the problem in a Congressional hearing, noting, "Certainly that’s unfair to the taxpayer" As the investigation into Iraqi Freedom progressed, it began turning up worse and worse procurement problems. GAO auditors caught the Department selling new chemical and biological protective garments on the Internet for $3 each. At the same time, the Pentagon was buying identical garments elsewhere for more than $200 apiece. Other accounting snafus resulted in the Army losing track of 56 airplanes, 32 tanks, and 36 Javelin missile command launch-units The GAO found that the waste encountered in Iraq is symptomatic of a wider inventory-control problem. More than 200 inventory-control systems at the Defense Department still are not integrated. The GAO notes, "Poor communication between services within the Department of Defense and improper accounting results in the disposal of needed spare parts and the purchase of duplicative parts worth millions of dollars" "Certainly thats unfair to the taxpayer.." Give me a break! In my xombyte at news and issues today, "Where Is The Common Thread? The Right To bear Arms, And Gun Control"I suggested a time may come when the people need arms to intimidate the current government. The situation you reference is applicable , but this is only the tip of the iceberg. Much more research and clarity is required. There are only so many hours in the day. Incidently, as I said in that the referenced article (re:Gun control), I do not advocate violence, and doubt I ever will. BBJ

article five: The Congress,

article five: The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate. are we talking about a specific change the currently oh so way corrupt congress is trying to make? sometimes, Les, your clarity is compromised by your enthusiasm.

YES. It can be amended. But can you imagine it happening?

Instead of the promise of the Federalist, Alexander Hamilton, voicing and writing as the advocate Federal Republican Persona, Publius, we have seen the Constitution ripped and denied by a Federal Court Judge at the very lowest Federal Court level. We have seen the Ninth Circuit uphold that re-wording of the Constitution, and we have seen the courts, the executive, and the congress steal away from the people of this nation, their rights, the Bill of rights, and now the Constitution. And finally, with Cert denied, we see the Supreme Court has moved into the castle in the sky, joining, indeed, the corruption, stealing one more plank in the constitution, indeed the very foundation of our CONSTITUTION. That foundation was Article V. That was the only reason the Constitution was ratified, and we have tolerated this situation because we have, until very recently, thought we the people were the power. NOT any More. We are feudal serfs. Who owns the Congress, The Courts, and the Presidency? That is right, not you or me, and not WE the People. It is multinational corporations lead or chaired by interest investment groups, and you know who they are -- such as those associated with families, corrupt nations and industrialists or political leaders building their futures on the corpses of American soldiers and the spoils of raiding the American Treasury, Social Security, etc. What article v was about,until it was ripped from the hands of the people, was the way in which the PEOPLE through their states recover from the corrupting of the centralized Washington government. I'm sure you can imagine Congress sending the whole thing out to the people for fixing -- it would take all the corruption and money out of Washington. There is not mystery or court sleight of hand here. The constitution has been nullified. (I hope your read the details at article5.org.) Do you think Congress is going to surrender the power they have to the people? The last ammendment sat before congress for the best part of two hundred years. Simple, you can't vote for your pay raise to take effect in the same congress term you are serving. So you vote the increase and don't get it for two years. . . that was the last amendment. Did that help the American Taxpayer. . ? Did it help YOUR Rights? The UNITED STATES is a COLLECTION of STATES. To change the Constitution now, you have to threaten to vote out (and hang) the Congress, or pay them off and get yours while the getting is good. The process is about who has the power. Yes. The process has to be fixed. Soon you will have blackwater helpers in your neighborhood dealing with 'hoodlums' that think free and voice their thoughts. Read the whole thing, If you teach, teach it. Thanks, les

But, can it be amended?

As I see it, it merely means that by going through proper and legitimate channels, various agencies of government, working together can in fact (still) amend the constitution.
