For those of you who don't know, Barramundi is a fairly new seafood dish, made with the Barramundi fish, which is commonly found in Australia and Southeast Asia. The fish has a high fat content, making is moist and delicious. As the seafood dish becomes more popular, Australians predict a rise in sales.
