At Least 15 Dead in Bombings in Istanbul, Turkey

Two bomb blasts have shaken a residential area of Istanbul, with more than 150 wounded. No claim of responsibility has been made; speculation has centered on the PKK or other Kurdish separatist groups, or on an Islamic extremist group.
