Aussies Go Solar Power

$95 million. That is how huge the government of Australia is pledging just so the largest solar power plant
can be constructed there. Such a move is actually all part of their strategy to actually offset or totally fight up with global warming.

The new solar power plant in Australia is said to be able to produce 154 megawatts of solar power and it will be constructed in the country’s state of Victoria. They would be using mirrored panels so as to really make use of each ray that goes through the solar power plant.

At present, the largest solar power plant in the world is still under construction and it is being built by Solar Systems Pty Ltd. The Aussie government does project that by 2013, the plant would be already able to take on its full capacity.
