Avacodo Lime Pie, By Lester and Amaryah LaFleur
Avacado Lime Pie: From my daugher Amaryah's kitchen
2 large avacados, peeled, pitted and pureed
2 egg yolks
1 tspn vanilla
1.2 cup of sugar 1.2 cup lime juice ( or lemon juice )
1 (16 oz.) Can of condensed milk
1 (9") pie tin lined with graham cracker crust
In a medium bowl combine avacado, lime juice, condensed milk, and sugar. Blend well and pour over graham cracker crust. Bale 20 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Chill for 1 hour, top with sour cream and 1.5 cups of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla mixed togather, Or use whipped cream or cool whip, cover with sliced limes and serve. Serves 6-8
