Awesome Tuna Melt Recipe - Easy and Inexpensive

Awesome Tuna Melts

Mix together:

2 cans tuna, drained very well
2 TBSP finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped dill pickle
2/3 cup Best Foods Mayo (more or less to moisten tuna)

4 English Muffins, split in ½

8 slices cheddar cheese (Medium cheddar is what our family uses)

Place the muffin halves on a cookie sheet. Top each muffin half with a large Tablespoon of the tuna mixture. Then top each with a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the cookie sheet under the broiler and broil until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Watch it though, they can burn quickly. Keep an eye on them.

Serve with a green salad, or a side of macaroni salad, potato salad, potato chips, or cottage cheese. Makes a quick, easy, and inexpensive dinner or lunch.
