Awkward

Awkward

My quietness is more contagious than the plague. It infects entire rooms and drains the chat out of everone.

People can tell that I've very little to say. So they decide that since I have nothing to say, then they have nothing to
say. We have nothing to say.< p>

So here we sit....total silence.

No one has anything
to say.

Once we get past general salutations, introductions, the recent weather conditions...

Ummmmmm

That's it.

It's like were all afraid of being the first fool to speak.

It's really-really silly.

Not if I am in the room

hahaha- I have been in situations like that. I am the person that has to talk and generally I have something clever to say which helps people relax and open up a little. I have a phobia of going into most banks and the reason I fear going into most banks is because of that same rigid, uptight atmosphere that most banks have. That feeling of being under the microscope and everyone around you is stiff as a board and most people are not willing to talk as you wait in that line a mile long. This is why I use the ATM lol

Happy Dancing

This might be a great time for you to burst out into 'happy dancing' in the middle of the room. I can assure you , conversation would no longer be sparse~ In fact sometimes, happy dancing is contagious. try it, you can never never do just one (happy dance). I am quiet in many situations as well, or even if i have a lot to say i may choose to keep to myself, often times like that seem to be when the random can become amusing.
