Yahoo, you must have had experience with Arizona Unemployment like myself. I would like to inform all Arizonans in these times, that even though you may have been laid off for "performance issues", Arizona law states that you can still apply and receive unemployemnt. Performance issues don't cover arriving to work drunk, drug abuse, just underperformance. Pierce Eislen in Arizona laid me off because they didn't want to pay my health benefits, but they said it was performance issues. I can still apply for unemployment;however. Thanks Yahoo for informing Arizonans about their right to receive unemployment.
